LexiCode offers professional AHIMA credentialed coding consultants (RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS–P) with experience coding in all patient care settings. Each of our consultants has completed our comprehensive Coder Development Program, which provides a thorough study of all applicable guidelines, regulations, processes and clinical data. LexiCode also provides our consultants with ongoing training opportunities to ensure our staff is abreast of the ever–changing industry. Our Corporate Compliance Plan requires that each consultant participate in ongoing skills assessments and is evaluated regularly during quality reviews conducted by our managers.
