Mailroom Processing – Mail picked up at designated post offices and/or customer locations is delivered to a secure area designated within a SOURCECORP facility. Following mail receipt, documents are logged, sorted and prepped per client specifications. Processing services for files received directly from a client site to our facilities include folder and document–level tracking for end–to–end reconciliation of shipments. Mailroom receipt reports detailing envelope counts and volume trending are generated by our tracking system and can be e–mailed, faxed or posted to a secure website for client reconciliation.
Document Imaging – Conversion of documents to digital images is achieved through our high–volume scanners. Flexible, scalable imaging solutions handle multiple document sizes with automated recognition of document type.
Electronic Documents – Client images are regularly received via e–faxes, e–mails, import of bulk image and/or data files or through our proprietary web–based repository, FASTRIEVE. Management of dedicated inbound fax servers or transfer of images from existing fax servers/numbers are supported. Service level agreements are offered for e–fax and e–mail processing with turnaround times ranging from 30 minutes to 4 hours
Data Capture and Indexing – Data is extracted from images utilizing optical character recognition (OCR) or other automated recognition technologies in addition to data keying from domestic and offshore locations. Multiple locations across the globe can be utilized for workload distributed processing. Accuracy levels are achieved and maintained through Six Sigma quality assurance processes. Our quality standards are exceptional with very high sigma accuracies. Indexing services range from basic file organization to more complex document–specific indexing.
Integrated IMPaCT Workflow & Web–based FASTRIEVE Repository – FASTRIEVE, SOURCECORP’s web–based digital repository, provides authorized users electronic search, queuing, reporting and rapid retrieval capabilities. FASTRIEVE, as the main user interface to SOURCECORP’s end–to–end IMPaCT platform, is a powerful repository services network combining software, hardware and infrastructure technologies to provide a service–based application as an alternative to a customer owned ECM/workflow systems. The IMPaCT platform itself offers support for all stages of the document conversion lifecycle, including mailroom, capture, conversion and data extraction, high–bandwidth retrieval, redundancy and long–term storage options.
