The Challenge
An Arizona credit union recognized improving member retention and expanding current members’ portfolios are key to asset growth and increasing the number of members who consider the credit union their primary financial institution. The Marketing Director realized their current system for scheduled member statements and communications did not support the targeted promotions strategy of sending “the right message, to the right members, at the right time” that the credit union was seeking. Credit union leadership called on Statement Solutions, the statement processing provider endorsed by the Arizona Credit Union League, to integrate target marketing with regularly scheduled member statements.

With AccessNow, the marketing staff manages online selective inserting and onserting to target member offers and messaging dynamically based on life events and member profile triggers.
Working together with the credit union’s home banking vendor, Statement Solutions designed a single sign on to receive their statements online through DeliveryNow. Statement Solutions WebArchive solution provides a secure and searchable repository for the credit union’s electronic documents.
