Data transmitted to SOURCECORP Deliverex, be it electronic or physical, is subject to our quality control and indexing process. Your documents will be indexed according to your specifications and these labels will be available as searchable fields via the FASTRIEVE interface.

deliverExchange provides organizations with conversion services and output to CD or DVD. SOURCECORP Deliverex provides a specialized search engine and viewer compatible with the Microsoft .Net Framework. Any document converted to your CD/DVD library can be searched by any index value assigned during the conversion process via our custom deliverExchange search engine. Prepped and indexed according to each client’s specifications, our conversion offering also includes a custom encryption option for records requiring extra security. Invoking this option means that even if your data CD/DVD were misplaced, the information on it cannot be accessed outside of the deliverExchange environment.

The deliverExpress Online Ordering System is designed to help you track and order records quickly and efficiently online.  The system provides the information you need to determine the availability of records and allows you to order records electronically.  It also enables you to view current as well as previous orders, and to print copies of the Final Retrieval Order reports.

deliverExpress allows access to the SOURCECORP Deliverex database from any workstation with Internet access while maintaining security of your data.  The site is an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection that encrypts data from the workstation to the web server.  All users have unique logons and only users authorized by your facility can access the database.
