HealthSERVE Consulting provides interim and outsourced management for key Healthcare Information Management (HIM) department positions including Director, Assistant Director, Coding Manager or Supervisor. Our credentialed, experienced consultants are available on a full–time, part–time or as–needed basis to oversee day–to–day operations, provide leadership and support and assist the HIM department so that it functions smoothly.
During our engagement, we can perform a department assessment and establish mutually agreed upon goals and deliverables to enhance overall department performance and outcomes. On a daily basis, we supervise employees, assist with their training and development, and participate in organizational team meetings and committees to guide projects and solve problems.
Our goal is to provide a seamless transition to new management or, as required, continue services on a permanent contract basis.
