Credit Card Application Processing
Incoming credit card applications are sorted and digitized, and pertinent data is captured through customized platforms, including key–from–image or OCR/OMR technology, as applicable. Data is forwarded via sFTP or other methods to our clients for follow–up. We also access our clients’ internal systems via secure VPN for direct data entry into appropriate applications.
Check / Remittance Processing
Incoming checks and money orders are logged, scanned, and processed in accordance with client requirements. We can make same-day deposits to any bank in the U.S., both manually and electronically (Check21).
