Concurrent Review & Feedback has been one of our most successful coding education programs to provide baseline feedback and education in a cost effective manner. This approach involves assigning an onsite manager for a specified time period to provide one-on-one review and feedback, group educational sessions and mutually agreed upon reporting to management. Upon achievement of the initial objectives, periodic follow-up visits occur to measure success and provide further updates.
