Available at no charge, deliverExpress® is a powerful tool that eliminates the need to place an order by phone or fax, and the need to call HealthSERVE Records Management to determine a record's status. Both can be accomplished quickly and easily, online.
The deliverExpress® secure Online Ordering System enables authorized users to access a department or division's index of records via the web to determine record availability for online ordering.
The deliverExpress® Online Ordering System was developed to ensure that clients receive all available records when ordered. deliverExpress® provides any authorized user 24/7 access to an inventoried record system and allows you to request records online. The system also allows you to view current and previous orders, and to print a copy of the Final Retrieval Order report.
With deliverExpress®, you can:

- Determine who previously requested a particular record

Easy, Safe and Secure
deliverExpress® enables authorized users to access the HealthSERVE Records Management database from any workstation with Internet access. System security is enabled by means of SSL encryption and user profile–based access controls. User assigned IDs and passwords limit access to only the user's own records. A Record System ID is assigned to each user, ensuring that only records belonging to that record system are available to the user.
